Pay Hourly or Fixed Rate per Period
With the CAMSOFT Payroll, you can opt to pay your employees in hourly rates or a fixed sum for the pay period.
For example, you can pay an employee £6 per hour for a forty hour week - or you can pay £240 per week. This would work out the same but you may have differing pay rates for different work.
Within the CAMSOFT Payroll you can set how much an employee is paid with a lot of flexibility. There may be staff who are paid a fixed amount every week or those with differing duties which need to be reflected in their pay. Rates of pay are individual to an employee, and you can also set up to three additional overtime rates for those who are paid hourly.
Where necessary you can also create additions to pay for such things as commission or expenses. So, even if you pay your staff a fixed amount per month, you still have some flexibilty for differing circumstances.
